I am not a small engine mechanic so take that for what its worth guess. I m listing the power head for parts. I looked at it and all seems to be there but its far forwards engage in the side cover when being installed. It took around 4/5 good pulls to fire this thing up after laying nearly a year.

It does run but the kick back brake not work.
