The Poulan PP4620AV Pro Chainsaw is a powerful and efficient tool for cutting through thick logs and branches. In this discussion, we will explore the pros and cons of purchasing a Poulan PP4620AV Pro Chainsaw Bar Cover Brake.
Pros:1. Enhanced safety: A bar cover protects the operator from coming into contact with the spinning chainsaw chain, reducing the risk of injuries.
2. Improved durability: A bar cover prevents debris and moisture from damaging the chainsaw bar, extending its lifespan.
3. Increased convenience: A brake allows the user to quickly and easily stop the chainsaw chain when needed, eliminating the need to use the throttle lever to stop the engine.
Cons:1. Additional cost: Purchasing a bar cover and brake as separate accessories adds to the overall cost of the chainsaw.
2. Installation complexity: Installing a bar cover and brake on a chainsaw can be a time-consuming and potentially challenging process for some users.
3. Potential compatibility issues: Ensure that the bar cover and brake are compatible with the specific model and size of the chainsaw.

It would not idle. This was my personal saw. I am sure the carb needs cleaned. It would start and run for a few seconds die when you let off the trigger.
I did a lot of cutting with it for few years but not use couple years, when I tried to again run right. It worked perfectly the last time I used it before that.
